Returning Items

If for any reason you wish to return any goods to us then you must do so within 28 days of receiving the items. Goods returned after this period will not be excepted. Beatles2u will only send refunds for goods returned to us in 'as new' condition i.e. in the condition in which they we sent. Beatles2u will not be able to refund return postage costs.

Returning Damaged/Faulty Goods

Beatles2u is confidant of the quality and standard of the products we supply, however, if for any reason you receive faulty or damaged goods then you must contact-us immediately. Depending on the nature of the damaged goods Beatles2u will inform you as what to do next. This usually results in a replacement items being set out to you or a full refund being issued.
